I bought a car Audi 2.0FSI on the 20th November 2012. I was told that the car was serviced. The airconditioner of the car was not working but was promised that I will be fixed. 25th November I left the car to Velocity cars to fix the airconditioner. When the car came back the aircon was still not working. I had to drive home in Eastern Cape on the 21st of December. My journey was a nightmare because I discovered that a lot was wrong on the car. Radiator was leaking. Both fan for Airconditioner and the radiator are broken. I was stranded and managed to find radiator in Queenstown. I called Raza several times informing him about my situation. He said I must buy the radiator and they will refund me after I gave them an invoice. I gave him an invoice for the radiator and labour on Monday 07/01/2013. He promised to pay me back Friday but untill today no payment received and he is not replying to my texts either. On top of that, the car is overheating because it doesn't have fans, he said I must not drive the car. Now I don't have the car though I bought it only in November. I'm dissappointed with the the way I am treated by Velocity Cars.
