I bought a BMW650GS on the 18th of October 2013 from we buy cars. I transferred the money to their account and was told the papers would be ready within 3 days, after a week I enquired and they suddenly told me that it was not dealer stock so they don't have the registration papers and that I need to wait another week, long story short after a lot of phone calls still nothing on the 8th of January 2014.
I spoke to Faan on 2nd of January and he confirmed that one is not allowed to sell cars without papers.
He is willing to take back the motorcycle, and I must give up the opportunity to make money on the vehicle which is their business, and it states in their sales contract that they sell vehicles for reselling.
Basically he said if I don't want to bring back the motorcycle I he is sorry for me and I can take them to court for selling the vehicle without papers.
Big guys bullying the public
Now they deny that I am a customer of them and need to proof that I have dealt with them.
