Hi Renault South Africa I recently purchased a new Sandero Stepway and the radio hasn't been working since day one. The radio can't find the right frequencies and it is a never ending search. I have reported this numerous times to different dealers over SA and STILL the problem is not solved! I have sent you a direct email at a stage too and also received no response. This is unacceptable! Please follow up on this regard or I will be forced to take it further.
