Very dissapointed in the service received from Velocity cars and wouldn't advice anyone to buy a vehicle from them, especially from the Century City branch. Everything goes well and is performed promptly before you receive your vehicle. After your vehicle is handed to you, then you do not matter anymore. The after service from one of the salesman was just unacceptable. The guy did not respond to any of my concerns and requests and if he did, it would take weeks to do a simple task. I literally had to send messages upon messages and make various phone calls to get something done on my car. I even had to take off several times and visit this dealership as I could not get anything done over the phone. Now, I am sitting with a problem car and do not think that it is fair that anyone should go through something like this. Be very careful through which dealership you purchase a car. I personally regret purchasing a vehicle from Velocity Cars. Just thought that I'd warn everyone who has the need to purchase a vehicle.
