Extremely Unfair Treatment!!!

I hired a car from Tempest OR Tambo, initially it was for 3 days but I kept extending it since I was not coming right with my car, It was Kia Picanto, CP 98 NV GP and whenever I was renewing I would go to the airport to pay the required amount and they were holding my R2000, petrol and other fees all the times.
It happened that I got an accident on 22/09/13 Sunday on N3 freeway, pedestrians just came running into the freeway, I tried to avoid them but unfortunatelly hit one of them, he was stabilised and taken to hospital. I called Tempest but they sent the towtruck very late, they didnt give me a car at the scene, but I managed my way. I went to OR Monday morning, paid an extra R2000 excess, extra petrol, extra extended contract till Friday. during the day the lady that served me left several messages to tell me I must return the car immediatelly cos I was a high risk, regardless of all the money I paid in the morning and instructions form Cindy Lawrence who is a manager. I was too stressed and tired, only managed to take the car back wednesday. up to this day No communication, No refund, No update!!! I was just told to return the car OR ELSE!!! in my depressed state!!!
