I was involved in a motor vehicle collision; I am insured with Auto & General who took my vehicle to Proline Panelbeaters for repairs. On 10 December 2012 I went to fetch my vehicle, the rear left rim had not been replaced. I brought it to their attention and it was repaired while I waited. Upon driving for a day I noticed a pull to the side and called the panel beaters and was told they are closed for December. They took the car on 7 January 2013and found the rear axel was bent. The Vehicle was taken back for repairs, after a week I received the car back and it still had a pull to the left. I called Proline Panel beaters and their response was that that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle.. I then took the car to a reputable motor assessment dealer, I then received a report that the door hinge was not securely fitted as well as the front left rim was bent. I took the report to Proline and they agreed to fix the door and tyre. MarryJane the Manageress called me and said that i should take the car to the dealer at my cost for repairs. My car went back and forth to Proline 6 times in a month and is still not fixed. The service from Proline and Auto & General is appalling.
