I REGRET I BOUGHT A JEEP PRODUCT!!!

I purchased a Jeep Cherokee 2013 in January this year. Unfortunately whilst visiting East London in March 2013, I was involved in a minor car accident. My insurance terms were they would replace all damaged parts with new ones. So, they alerted me that Jeep had a backlog on parts, but would do everything to fix the car as speedily as possible. I kept the car from the day of accident in March till about June, when it was booked in with Sanrose Panel beaters in Midrand. Then I went 3 months without using the car I am paying around R7000.00 a month for, because the panel beaters were apparently awaiting spares. Then finally in August 2013 the bumper, radiator which were the main parts arrived. But then the panel beaters told me Jeep did not send the part onto whic the pumber is fitted, it was another 2-3 weeks wait! Then finally roundabout September the car was ready! Did you hear I said SEPTEMBER, for a MARCH accident! Then Sanrose panel beaters in Midrand released the car to me in September on a Friday, the following day whilst driving with friends, the airconditioner pipe burst, WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT I SUFFERED! JEEP AND SANROSE ARE TAKING ME THROUGH!
