My car was to towed to Proline Panel beaters in Wynberg for repairs. My insurance (MiWay) has given proline authorisation to repair my car. I have been trying to contact them to get feedback on whats going on with car since Thursday (23 May 2013) on 011 786 0786 I keep being transferred to Roxanne's line which just rings and rings wth no answer. All I would like to know is if repairs have started on my car and when can I expect to get it back. Apparently only Roxanne has the answers and she is unreachable. Is there anyone who can assist with feedback on my car as this is very frustrating!!!
