My car Golf 6 Gti 2012 ediition was involved in an accident on 13th April 2013. it was then taken to Indibano Panel beaters who are VW approved arcoding to Budget. i was not happy with their service as the failed to fix a number of things on the car.
My car was the taken to Auto Magic in Midrand fro rectification. They too failed to repair the car to the standard that it was before the accident. There is a big gap between the fenders and the front bonet. There is also gaps between the bumper and the fenders. The other issues is the Head laights that are not working proparelly. We Took the car to VW 3 times to adjust the lights but that did not help. VW suggested that we get new head lights. The temperature sensor was left hanging at the bottum of the engine and they used cable ties to keep it stable.
I asked Budget to write the car off since they cant get anyone to fix it. Budget took my car to Labotius Panel Beaters to try and fix it. i dont know what to do anymore as i dont trust Budget. The car is Due for a service now and i'm stiil not sure what going to happen. I have to call the all the time to get an update. This beyond poor service. I dont know what to do...
