Good service and going the extra mile

Dear Rene/Europcar

I would like to express my sincere and deepest feeling of gratitude and appreciation for the good service expressed and given to us by Tanya on the 20th September Friday night.

We were in a last minute position of desperation searching for the cost efficient rental vehicle available to accommodate our request which was unlimited kilometres and no one from the car hire companies at the airport was prepared to entertain nor make any effort to consider. We were surprised at the good heart, passionate and professional Tanya who heard an ear to listen to our request and treated us as old time clients with a smile even though what we requested seemed far-fetched and impossible. We (me and my colleague) would like to sincerely thank her for going the extra mile to assist us even though at the end a different decision was taken.

Tanya you are a star, please keep up the good service and respect you have for clients. Thank you for going all out to leave a good image and reputation about Europcar on our minds. We shall certainly consider doing good business with Europcar in the future.
