I live in JHB and received a SMS to say thanks for renting a car in CPT. I tried to call the call center to advise that I didn't rent a vehicle. The call center said I need to call the branch directly. When I tried to call the branch it says none of the extensions are answering. So the bottom line I tried to inform them that they rented a car to the wrong person and they simply don't care. I hope the car gets because I have never dealt with such. What a bunch of W@nk3rs.
