I am very disappointed at the treatment I have just received from the night manager at Engen in Mount Currie (near Kokstad). After paying R572 for a full tank of petrol we found our car showing a half tank. Upon returning to try and rectify the situation the manager allowed petrol attendants and his staff to shout and hurl insults at us telling us we do not know what we are talking about. Luckily I managed to record a video illustrating this vile behaviour as well the manager telling me point blank he refuses to serve us due to his prejudices. I have never encountered such bad people skills when a manager allows his employees to argue and shout with paying customers right in front of other customers. That is gross misconduct if I have ever seen it. As a customer I do not expect that when I have a complaint I will be met with animosity especially since I am paying good money to the organization. If that is the type of person the company allows to represent their brand then I know for certain customers that have a complaint are met with negativity.
