I went to put in petrol last night at around 21h15, hoping to miss the rush. I had a relatively short wait to get to the pump, but then... The pump took 23 minutes to dispense R370.00 worth of petrol. Thank goodness my petrol tank was not empty or I would have needed a picnic. The attendants excuse in the way of an apology was that all the pumps are pumping from the same tank and its getting very empty!! Really??
I cannot help wondering if the pumping pressure would have been set so low if the petrol price was coming down? Shame on you Engen, Isn't this site your flagship? Isn't it owned and managed by the corporate? Thank goodness for franchising.
