Complaint has been sorted

I recently had a complaint with the way my contract was loaded, where to my knowledge the debit date was meant to be in September and it happened in August.
I called Liza and explained her to her and she said she will get it sorted where she will double check with the bank and rectify it.
Wesbank got in contact with me and I had to sign a new contract as the previous one was never what we agreed upon.
I signed my contract and the deal got approved and so Wesbank returned the money they deducted in august with 48 hours.
Service received from both Wesbank and dealer was great as they would email me and let me know how the progress is going. Now everything is sorted and I am happy.
