Once again I left Engen Kibler Park without petrol. I asked the attendant to fill up my tank but his attitude was so bad I left without getting any petrol.
To fill my tank costs R700. If I am spending R700 I expect to be treated like a KING. The old saying is ; The customer is king.
Well, Engen seem to think that this does not apply to them?? Its easy to simply go somewhere else where the staff have a better attitude to the customer. And its not only the staff: if the manager was doing his/her job correctly, then this poor service would never happen.
I will once again avoid ENGEN when I need petrol, and may go back to test them after a few months, because then the staff and the manager will be new. In the meantime I will use someone else. Your loss ENGEN Kibler Park!
