I went to fill petrol at Engen garage on the 12th Feb 2012 - 07h00. My petrol cap got broken in the process and the guys told me it was broken anyway. The other pieces fell into the petrol tank, they didn't even apologise, they just put plastic bag to close it after I asked them what then I am supposed to do. I didn't get the name of the person who broke my petrol cap but I managed to get the other guy's name who was around and his name was Theron.
I am not saying the petrol cap was broken intentionally, but a little remorse and some apology and trying to help my situation could have really helped
