Request of the 40000 deposit paid

I Nonkonzo Jakuja and my partner Solomzi Maka paid an amount of R40 000 to Beta Car sales on the 08-08-2013 as a deposit of the motor vehicle (Sasuka taxi) deal. The application was then declined by the financers Bankfin and Wesbank, now we request our deposit to be refunded. The owner/sales rep by the name of Tommy gives us stories, at times he says the money is paid back at times he does not pick up calls.
