I am very disappointed in BMW client service. My motorcycle is today (2013/09/20) 5 weeks at BMW Bavarian in Centurion, waiting for a shock absorber. I phoned them three times and every time they promised "next week". I am using my motorcycle on a daily basis commuting from home to work. I strongly feel it is unacceptable to wait so long for repairing it, and it is very inconvenient for me having no transport.
