Being in the market for a new motorcycle, I am trying to convince BMW Motorrad to sell me a 2013 R1200GS. I already own two BMW motorcycles, but I know I am not the biggest client. Another branch made me feel like I needed to beg to spend my meagre pennies at their dealership. Yet Riaan at Zambezi has contacted me diligently every week to twist my rubber arm, and to keep me informed on the status of my ordered motorcycle. He has even offered to make sure I get to test the LED headlights at night before I choose. I appreciate the fact that there is one dealer in Pretoria who's able to make me part with my money by making me feel appreciated.
