I have phone Motorcycle World for shocks for my Suzuki DR500S motorcycle and they give me the part number and said that I must contact Startline in Goodwood they could help me because Motorcycle World don't sell shocks. So I phone then and I order the shocks for the 27th of September 2013. The guy at Motorcycle World told me that you don't get a shock off 390mm anymore and that the new size is 405mm. I buy the shocks on the 27th September 2013 and fit it on the 28th September. At first the shocks work perfect and last week Thursday when I drove up my driveway I feel that something is wrong because the rear tire is bumping. When I have a look I see that the shocks have collapse and that there is only about 30mm travelling distance for the shock. So I phoned Startline. This morning Mr Ward from Durban phoned me back and tel me that there is nothing wrong and that I order the wrong shock and why did I go to the other bike shop first. Then I told him that at that stage I have herd of Startline in my life. He got angry and put the phone down. There is no oil left in that shocks and I want my R800.00 back from them. After 3 weeks you can pres that shock down with 1 finger.
