I have had the misfortune to have a motorcycle built and repaired by 'The Wrench' in centurion. Pretoria. Over a year ago I crashed my Motorcycle and took it to Louis (The Wrench) to repair, I decided to rebuild a new bike and gave a budget. They went over budget (by 45k), broke a rear rim (I had to pay 10K), took over a year to build. once completed the bike constantly broke, once almost causing serious harm, all to be told its my fault and I must pay. 3 rides totaling 98km's, 3 break downs. On taking the motorcycle to another mechanic discovered new parts where actually 2nd hand, nuts missing, gear box made up from other gear boxes, copper flakes in oil. cement rubber used to hold bolts together, rear wheel spacers were wrong, the list is too long. In general the bike would have broken on next ride guaranteed. I have had to spend a further 20k (on top of the 10K) repairing work paid for by Louis. The Wrench will take your money and give you in return, bad service and a bike that WILL break. I cannot stress enough how bad The Wrench is!
