I had excellent service from the day I walked in (without appointment), up to the day I drove out with my motorcycle. They walked the extra mile to get me on a demo bike (even of preferred colour in 2013 model) and getting the bike ready for me ASAP after placing the order. At the end of the day it was hard for me to chose a motorcycle but there was only one retailer that showed that they are committed to giving service...
