To whom this my concern,
2 weeks ago I purchased a product on Groupon. I went to have a look yesterday where my parcel is because it was suppose to have arrived already. It showed on your website, you could not get hold of me. I contacted Courierit and was transferred to Amy. I explained what was going on and she said she will follow up on it immediately. The parcel was delivered within a half and hour.
Excellent service. Hold on tightly to Amy, because with such good service she will go far.
