I bought a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van from 'New Vaal', I live in Port Alfred, Eastern Cape. The vehicle started rusting all over. I was informed by 'New Vaal' to take it to the closes MB dealership for warranty repairs. The closes dealership was 'Ronnie Motors, East London. That is what I did and got the corporate run-a-round. They did not want to admit to the full claim and were only going to touch up @ R17 000. After complaining I was informed to take it back to the dealership I bought it from. This I did, and this is where Mark Mckuernan comes in. When MB SA still denied the rust claim, Mark took the fight to them (MB SA) and my van was repainted at a cost of R50 000. That is a vast difference From Ronnie Motor's R17000 and their lack of enthusiasm to take on MB SA. Thank you 'New Vaal', I will be back for Business with the next vehicle and MARK you ARE the MAN...
