It is shocking and disappointing when larger, more seemingly orginised companies display shoddy service. I called last week to enquire regarding servicing my BMW which I just purchased. At first the service advisers were busy so a message was taken, and Ritesh did call back. I gave him my VIN number and asked him to check my vehicle details as I just purchased the car 2nd hand. He said his 'systems' were down and said he would call be back as soon as they were back online. A day later no call was received, so I called again thinking we all make mistakes, forget, whatever... Again he was busy so I left a message, and to date which is probably 5 days later, nothing.
If not anything else, it is rude, frustrating and unacceptable.
