RE: BAD ATTITUDE OF GATEWAY STAFF

Following my complaint, the area manager has made contact with me. She has called me on once where i asked her to call me back as i was busy, she did try again and left a voice message. I then called her back on the 22 -02-13 and left a message on her phone and still no call back 4 days later. Im sure how serious this company take customer complaints.
