On Wednesday 11th September 2013, I took an assignment to the Victory Park PostNet to be laminated.
Hours have been spent on this project and the whole project was ruined by their horrible laminating job. I was very upset, told them that it's unacceptable. They gave me my money back but the price it cost me in time and effort could not be replaced. While giving the money back and saying: 'We did not do it on purpose', the person behind the counter, i think it is the manager, was laughing in my face. Not sure if it was nervous laughter but this was ridiculous. I told him that I will never return again as i used to be a regular costumer. He just shrugged his shoulders. I'm also not sure; but I think the employees smoke in the storeroom because the whole store smells badly of cigarette smoke the last two times that i used their services. I am disgusted with the service and the fact that I went to such a big company, with a name I trust, and they up so horribly; while treating a customer with so little respect.
