Kia Motors - No concept of customer service

I used the [URL Removed] website to book my car in for a service with the east rand branch. I was told via an auto response mail, that i would receive a response. i waited 3 days and still received no response. eventually a lady called me to confirm if the east rand branch had contacted me, and apologised for the fact that they had not. she then said that she would book the service. when making the booking i specifically asked that the branch contact me to confirm as i need to discuss some other parts which i required and need to talk to the parts and servicing department. i was told that the branch would contact me to confirm. this was a week before the date i booked the service for.

today (a day before the supposed service date) i have still not had any feedback from head office or the branch. i tried to contact the branch and continually go put on hold. when i eventually got back to reception and requested that i be put through to the branch manager, i was put through, the call was picked up and whoever answered immediately hung up the call without saying a word. i then called head office again to complain and was told that they would get back to me. and still no one has called
