PAID UP LETTER???

I called head office on the 8th of march 2013, I spoke to a nice person by the name of allan who said i must send my request through to their enquiries email, which i so did, After not recieving any response on the 12th i went in to the branch at east rand mall, spoke to a lady who then also said unfortunately the only way is to send an email, wich she herself then sent, Went back to the branch on friday 15th as i had still recieved no feedback, Spoke to Andrea at the branch who assisted me with what was required but could only give me proof of payment and the paid up letter would need to be generated by head office, so, She emailed again and said i would have recieved feedback last week tuesday, Went Back to the branch and spent over an hour waiting for assistance as they were busy, then to be told, Sorry no feedback, Try again later in the week, so on wednesday i phoned the branch, Sorry but andrea is off today, so i spoke to branch manager Zanele, Very helpful and said she was speaking to head office and would get back to me shortly, I AM STILL WAITING, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GENERATE A LETTER IF YOU CAN GIVE CREDIT IN UNDER TEN MINUTES!!!
