Hi Peter, Last month I booked for an Opel Astra test drive and a guy called me to arrange and I went to the wrong branch, i went to the Arcadia branch when I was suppose to have gone to Hartfield branch however the guy at Arcadia branch helped me by calling the Hartfield branch just to confirm if I had indeed booked so when he called the dude that help me was not even there but he had booked for me which I find it stupid, so the Arcadia dude booked me at the branch and the day I was supposed to go in for a test drive I called him and he told me the car is not there. I min how is that for a bad service? Even last week I booked online and no one has contacted me for the date to test drive the car, so unproffesional of General Motors
