I needed to ship water samples to the UK for analysis via DHL. The samples had to be kept cold until arrival at the laboratory. When I arrived at Postnet on Saturday morning, Frida informed me that the next DHL pick up would be on Monday. As I was flying out of Durban on Sunday morning, I could not store the samples in a refrigerator until the Monday DHL pick up. Frida went out of her way to arrange that I store the samples in the fridge of a florist in the same shopping complex as the Postnet until DHL arrived to collect them. She was very efficient, friendly and helpful and turned a potentially disastrous situation into a positive one.
