I went to my MTN branch store to apply for 2 new contracts that i would like to take out for relatives. I filled out all the required application forms and i was told that they would be submitted and i would have feedback as soon as there was a response. I have not received any feedback, and the office line i was given to contact the branch does not work or it just rings and there is no one that answers the calls. I stressed the urgency of the applications as i am going out of town and still i have received no responses. I have been a loyal MTN customer for many years and i always recommend MTN to people i am in contact with but i have to say that the service standard i have been receiving recently is most disappointing and is creating doubts in my mind as to how good MTN is these days.
