Tata sold a car under false conditions

I bought a car from TATA on the 23 Jan 2013 including a maintenance plan and requested the cancellation of the deal on the 24 Jan 2013 to Wesbank and Tata SA. The car, driven by the branch manager of Tata had enormous amount of errors.

Errors included:
Some steam at the engine after short distance trips
Wheel balancing not done
No service book
No spare key
Car been damaged at the right rear. Pictures received of the car had no physical damage on the outside.
Some internal panels were lying loose in the boot
The fog light was damaged and in the picture received all was fine
Car was dirty - not cleaned. This was obvious with cigarette ash in the ash tray
Carpets were missing.
Engin number mismatch between Tata and Wesbank

Against my will, Tata refused to cancel the deal arranged for the car to be repaired. Repairs could not be done due to no service book available from Tata. The car went in for repairs on the 6th Feb 2013. Today is the 26 July 2013, 170 days later. Yet to receive the car that was sold to me. I had to pay the premium for 6 months to Wesbank and yet no car and no cancellation!?

This is unacceptable; all I ask for is the cancellation of this deal.
