Yesterday my car broke down around 1:30pm in Sandton. I walked to Sandown Motors as I was not far from them. I was with my wife and 10 month old baby. I asked a lady at he service desk if she could help me she told me no and I must phone mercedes call center, which I did and I walked back to my car. About 20mins later a technician arrived checked the car and said it has to be towed. He took my wife and kid back to the dealership and I waited bout an hour for the tow truck. When I got to the dealership no one helped or assisted me with regard to my vehicle, after about mins later I asked the lady who is taking me back to lenasia she told me they don't drop of in lenasia. Half an hour later i was approached by another lady telling me they cant get me a lift I asked her if she can give me courtesy car and she told me straight no. She said there is a car rental opposite and I must go rent a car. I was left stranded with my family. One staff member by the name of Muhammad tried to assist me by offering me a lift back on his personal capacity. The dealership made no real attempt to help me. Up till now I have no feedback and who to speak to with regard to my vehicle. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
