No Help at All from Head Office

I am absolutely livid with the Mercedes Benz Head Office Customer Service Division. My car had to be left at a Mercedes Benz garage to have a control unit replaced because it is faulty. My car is a year old. I understand that these things happen, but the disturbing part is that I had no car and there is no courtesy car available. I contact the Mercedes Benz Customer Care Centre and the call centre agent tells me that I can only get a car within 48 hours. I don't know how this is supposed to help me because I am stranded at the dealership with no car for the weekend or to get home. He then says he will call me back. I only received the call this morning. Fortunately, I could make a plan because this incompetent call centre clerk did not get back to me until this morning. Is this what you call customer service Mercedes Benz?
