Last night at 10:50pm I went to BP Charles str to purchase smokes and a chocolate. I was with a friend who witnessed the event. I paid with a R100 note. When my change came i thought it looked a little on the "slim" side so I requested a slip. Elsie then proceeded to produce my slip along with a R10 note that she had obviously concealed hoping that i would not notice that I was short changed... Shocking! I was so dumbstruck that i just left but once I was outside more patrons approached and I told them the story and warned them to check their change! Moral of the story: check your change
