We went to AUDI West Rand to Purchase a Used Car. We were told the car was available and repairs were being done. It took us about 2 weeks to get to the point we could put in an application.
We sent the application documents yesterday 24/01/2013 to Fayaadh Albertus. He didnt give us a call back to say received or anything.
My husband phoned this morning to let him know we had sent the documents to him. He said " I got them yesterday thanks but my printer wasnt working, so I will print them and submit it all now. Which will take 5 minutes".
So we waited and waited, My husband phoned back at 12pm and we were told, by the same salesman, sorry the application has been declined by the banks. Meanwhile, according the AUDI west rand finance department, the salesman concerned never even SUBMITTED the application.
So WE call back again, and are now told " Sorry Sir, the car was sold and delivered to the client yesterday"/
Why did he play a game with us?
Why did he feel the need to lead us along and LIE?
Who does he think he is?
I think he is a, AND Terrible salesman!!!
AUDI westrand? What are you going to do? Well, nothing so far. BAsically as we were told " Sorry your problem! "
