Reluctantly I booked my car in for a service at Audi WestRand. my 15000 service at Northcliff was a disaster. poor service and in changing the oil I got given an oil leak. So I have dreaded the thought of a 30000 service.
What a surprise at WestRand. Bassie assisted me on arrival although she was not allocated to my vehicle. She called me during the day, and again assisted me in the evening on collecting my vehicle. Today I had to go back to get an unrelated matter sorted out, and Bassie assisted once again. Happy, Cheerful and great to chat to. I kind of enjoyed my visit to Audi Westrand!!!
