My husband booked his Audi TTRS yesterday at Audi Sunninghill. He came home singing praises of the efficient and effective service he received at the dealership. It has renewed his faith in Audi as he had experienced unsatisfactory service for more than 2 visits at the Audi Sandton dealership.
Little things like the technician (Michael) going on a test drive with my husband before taking the car in; getting a phonecall from the technician to let my husband know that the driver is outside his office; going on a final test drive after the car had been repaired to ensure that the problem was resolved and my husband was satisfied - are just a few things which made the experience very pleasant for my husband.
We hope that this level of excellence will continue and hopefully spread throughout the dealerships, forming standardization of service across Audi. Either way, we have found our new home at Audi Sunninghill.
