AVIS - SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I hired a vehicle from Avis in Durban over the December period. A third party banged into the vehicle hence there was a claim that had to be processed.
I have been trying to make contact with the Accident Claims Division in Johannesburg since Friday 18th January and to date i am yet to receive a return phone call from either the claims consultant Shirley, or the Claims Supervisor - Yvonne. Today, 25th january, I left a message for Nigel - who is the Manager in the Claims division - it has been 4 hours now and I still have not received a return phone call.
