Poor service

I took my car for a 15000km service on 27 November 2012 and i reported that my key was broken and it was a factory fault since i never did anything that could break it the way it was, they serviced my car and told me that they can fix the key but i will have to pay R12.00 for the pin to be replaced, i agreed only to find that they couldn't fix the key. Fine they told me that they have applied for a key through my warranty so i had to wait for reply from the manufacturer. i called and left messages, sent emails to inquired about the status of the application but no one bothered to reply and inform me on the status of the application. After many attempts for as long as a month and half, i finally got someone to tell me what's going on, surprisingly they claimed that they didn't have that application in their records. This was after waiting and trying so many time, they had to apply again. I am so disappointed on the service at KIA Germiston, people don't really know what service delivery is, i can't wait for 2 months to get a key fix, really that is totally unacceptable more especially when one have to constantly call or make means to get information out of them. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABL
