Disregard, Disrespect and Defensive Attitude!

I replaced my clutch of 5 years with CMH Toyota in April (R5300). In May, the clutchplate gave up. After ONE MONTH of normal use (barely 1800 km). Before he even examined the car, Jonker the 'Service' Manager, had already decided that it was MY FAULT!! His dismissive and blatantly chauvinistic attitude continued with NO SENSE OF URGENCY in getting me back on the road (unless I admitted he was right and paid up of course), and would not acknowledge that it was extremely unlikely (using the reasonable man test), that my FOOT would suddenly have altered a 20 year driving pattern, and burnt out a NEW CLUTCH in ONE MONTH!!!
I even discussed it with the AA, who agreed that it was unlikely, but that it is one of the hardest things to prove. While he was holding my car to ransom and not fixing it, Jonker made NO attempt to assist me with lifts, even though I live and work in the range of his usual drivers. This resulted in car hire of R2000 for the week, and me eventually paying up. Got a tiny 'goodwill' payment after much fuss. David, the owner, has not bothered to even phone me back, despite promising to do so. all he did was defend Jonker, & it was me that was unreasonable!
