Bad experience at Pat Hind Toyota Boksburg

My vehicle, a Toyota Furtuner clutch was replaced by them as there was a fault. Instead of replacing my flywheel, they skimped it, and a month later they had to replace the flywheel and not the clutch again. A year later I did experienced the same problem, and then I was told I am a reckless driver and that I drive my car on the clutch all the time. Yes I do tow a caravan. I went to a Mr Bennie Fouche, service manager and told him that I took exception on Toyota's allegations. We agreed that I would pay 50% of the costs for repairs.. My car is at this garage since the 14th October 2013. When i want o collect my car, I discovered that they skimped the flywheel again. I refuse to take my car, and I ask the service advisor to ask the service manger to phone me today (29 October). I had to phone him. Toyota would rather do a job twice, before customers are satisfied. They do not even have a complaint line to lodged a claim. Convenient for Toyota. BAD BAD
