After my first complaint to hellopeter the regional manager took my case in his hands & promised my days of frustration would be over, no surprise im still sitting with the same problems & horrific customer service, a full list was provided that needed fixing & they took my car from 05/07/2013-26/08/2013 (52 days never mind all the other days they had the car to fix one of which one day they didnt touch), after a week of having my car the airbag light has come on, breaks are squeaking, the boot cover was swoped from a grey to a cream cover which my car doesn't have a inch of cream in it.a automatic window system was to be put in to close windows when locking the car that was NOT done, then i get told my year model doesn't come with that after it was PROMISED by your dealer salesman to be installed and I have been fighting, inconvenienced, been put through stress with this issue since June 2013.it's clear by the reports that i got back & the history report I pulled of the car this is a problem car hence why it had 2 previous owners, im now trying to trade my car in & am going to loose a huge amount of money due to cherry but its a small price to pay not to deal with cherry again
