On 12 April 2010 i was employed by Mr Jonker as Forman for Dyra Construction. I worked their for 18 months without any leave until i got unfair dismissed. No reason was geven to me by Mr Jonker owner of the company! I was employed with a monthley salary and a bonus at the end of the working year! At the end of 2010 i was awarded a bonus of R82-000-00. Mr Jonker bought me a bakkie for private use BPV423L Toyota kzte 3L. He deducted R60-000-00 and promised to deduct the outstanding end of 2011. He dismissed me in Oktober 2011 without anu reason and he took the bakkie away and would not give me the money i paid for it. I went to the ccma and claimed 3 months salary and leave money. His wife contacted me and asked me to with draw the case from the ccma the Mr Jonker will pay te money into my account. It is already 2013 Mr Jonker has not paid anything to me. My feeling is that i have lost an huge amount of money and Mr Jonker is getting away with this. This is not fair treatment to any employee. All i want is my money that i have worked for and for Mr Jonker to pay me what is due to me.
