Efer to complaint on hellopeter on 31 may 2013
We had problems with cell c since 2010...
On 16 November 2010 we paid the outstanding amount of 208.59 from our fnb account (via eft). After that Cell C were quiet.
So the cherry on top...
On 31 may 2013 we received a sms to say that we owe them 246.05. We have been handed over to Pholosa (011-3174308) for collection.
Blanche from Cell C phoned us back. She checked up and said that we don't owe then anything. She doesn't understand what is going on. She said that it should be sorted by the 24th of june.
So today cherry no 2 on top...
Another sms this time from JM Attorneys 0113174301. With the same demands.
Blanche gave us the case no as 1305310000213718
If this is not sorted soon, we will have to go and see our own lawyer to find out what legal action can be taken from our side. This is becoming a civil case now, as it's becoming personal now.
This is totally unacceptable.
