I went to Kia Motors 2 weeks back to trade in my Audi A3 and I got a Golf 5 GTI, I was never told about the problems it had of which I experienced a few days after getting the car. Firstly this car does not have a spare key all the time I asked for the spare key they told me that they will get it from the owner. I had a problem with this car because the clutch failed on me on the very first few days and i called them to come and get the car to get it fixed because i cannot take a car and drive it for few days and then it gives me those problems. Again the car's breaks were damaged and I gave them a benefit of a doubt to fix the car but the problems seemed to escalate more and more I discovered that the boot of the car does not close properly and the front light was broken, the switch to open the windows also were not operating everything had to be done by the driver I mean I am not willing to pay for a car that is quite clear that it will give me problems everyday or every month. As we speak I am driving a courtesy car both cars are with them, They gave me 3 cars already to drive "trying to fix the Golf" I don't want it as they were dishonest from the beginning.
