Went to McDonald's on the day they opened we had burger meals, we also wanted ice cream. The reply was not what we wantedto hear " Sorry no ice cream". We went back after a few days just to get the same reply " no ice cream. A few days later there was a problem with their ice cream machine. A week later at last we got ice cream. Now another week later. I wanted to try the new Mcflurry Mudpie just to get the reply "Sorry no ice cream". If you want to open a well known franchise you need to have staff that know what they are doing and have enough stock. Problems like these can cost you dearly..
