After more than a month, the parts for my car finally arrived early this week and I was notified that the dealer had received the parts and could begin repairs on my vehicle. I expected to receive a call from the dealer that day or at least the next day. No calls came. This morning I called the dealer to see what the status is. They informed me that they "JUST" took the clutch out and saw that the "flywheel" is also damaged. I was informed later that this too is on back-order and the whole joke begins again. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! The car has been sitting at the dealership for over a month. In all this time they haven't checked the clutch to see what parts are needed?? When they told me the clutch needed to be replaced in the beginning, it stands to reason they would order a complete kit and replace the entire clutch??!!! So we repeat the entire circus? I complain. The call centre calls me and feeds me some patronising lines. Management sends me some impersonal, automated, generic!! Repeat. WHEN IS SOMEONE ACTUALLY GOING TO REACT AND OFFER ME SOME REAL ASSISTANCE???!!! NISSAN??!!! Do you even train your DPs??!!
