VERY BAD SERVICE, LACK OF TRANSPARENCY

I have been a return client for a while now. The last time I hired a car from you when I left the country on a business trip, I returned it to Johannesburg Park station. There was no one to come and check if all is in order and I was made to hand in the keys. No one could had checked for damages. I came back and Hired a Hyuindai I10. Called to prolong the rental, just to get mean calls and email from your staff saying I must return the car or else... I advised them too deduct my account which they did. When the car got picked up the guys now claim there was a damage on the back bumper. There was cello tape on that area and I could had never seen it as the car was extremely clean. I told them i am not aware and they said they will contact me if there is a problem and never did. I proceeded in taking another car with you BZ58DZGP FA 459127. I had noticed this time there was damage and advised the lady to note all of it. I requested for the car rental to be extended again. You say you have not taken money from me but on my statement I see R2000 taken from me on the 28th of August. I spoke to Emily who attempted to give me attitude. Dont you guys know how to treat return clients?
